Hey guys, normally I make the sliced muscle jerky, but I want to try making some ground meat jerky with my new grinder and jerky shooter. Obviously the meat will fall thru the big holes int he regular racks on my model 50. So I got looking around for some different racks. Would the Cookshack seafood racks be my best option? They seem to be small mesh, and of course they will fit perfectly in the model 50. Does anyone else use these racks for making the groud meat jerky? Thanks!
