KCBS Judge Certification and Competition Cooking Class

Cookshack, Inc. will be hosting a KCBS Judge Certification Class on November 30 and a Competition Cooking Class on December 1. It will be a great chance to learn more about cooking with Cookshack smokers and get trade secrets from Ed "Fast Eddy" Maurin, David Bouska of Buthers BBQ and Stuart Powell of Cookshack. Took this class last year, don't remember Stuart giving out any secrets?..LOL!

Eddy and David does a fine job, it is worth the cost to hear David give details on selecting meat and the art of injecting. The man has a wealth of knowledge about meat.

Stuart used to do his outstanding beef tenderloin ,as part of the fine feed CS puts on to welcome the class.

The real high point to me,besides these great cooks is the interactive nature of the class.You meet cooks from all over the country and trade techniques about cookers that you can only get here.
