Well,I invited the whole crew to come down.
Great place for a little field research.
Be plenty of pelletheads and a few traditional CS there.
68� and 65% humidity as we speak this morning.
They all would all rather stay in OK and work.

I don't know if they would *rather* stay in Oklahoma and work, in fact I am sure they wouldn't. We are just very busy making sure that our customers get taken care of -- now how's that for a plug for Cookshack.

Looked like an infomercial for pelletheads and the cookers got lots of attention.
Lots of big winners from around the country trying to kick off the year.
Our own drbbq was Reserve Grand ,4th in Ribs,5th in brisket.
Bill and the Dixie Chicks were 9th overall,1st in chicken,10th in pork.
Fast Eddy brought his big trailer/ mobile kitchen with the commercial pellet cooker and a couple of 100s.
His brisket was 5th,right behind drbbq's.
Smoke n Suds had a 5th in ribs with his FE,right behind drbbq.
