The pellet heads did alright....

we were 8th in catfish, 9th in chicken and 10th in brisket. I believe we converted a stick burner to pellets too...placing his order today.

Congrats.

I gotta ask...Catfish? I love it do out at the lake, fresh with some cornmeal, but not a fan of it smoked.

I did a catfish ABT....

Cream Cheese, prepared Horseradish, ground up fried catfish and a little Mrs Dash SW Chipotle. Put it into a Jalapeno and wrapped in bacon. Cooked on my Traeger at 300 for 30 minutes.
