I made this last weekend. You didn't say what to do with the left over rum and juice, so I mixed them equal parts and drank while the chicken cooked. I don't remember eating the chicken, but it was all gone the next afternoon when I woke up so it must have been good.

Are you sure you didn't start with driking the marinade and the chicken was never even made?
