FYI, I'm in partnership with a local restaurant group and I'll be the Pitmaster for 3 of their restaurants. Keeping my full time job (for now) but we should go "live" somewhere around the 15th.

Max is right (we have all the computer programs showing us cost and everything)

Hey, if all my friends in town, or people that have taken my classes show up and say "free ribs" I'll won't have a job on the 2nd month.

But...

You come to town, tell me when you're coming and I'll meet you there and we can talk Q. Depending on when, some of the weekend specials might be going (not that's a secret, I'm still working on the specials).
