Maverick ET-732

I saw a reveiw of this unit on another site a few months back. The most significant improvement is the range of wireless . The reviewer was able to achieve wireless connectivity between the receiver and transmitter for a rang of up to 300', which is a vast improvement over the ET-73. There are 2 probes and they will work up to temps in the 700 degree range. Another nice feature is the on/off switch is no longer hidden behind the battery cover, no more taking that cover off to turn the unit on. There are other enhancements, but those stuck out for me. I'll be buying one for sure!

And of course I just got through buying another ET-73. Dang!

I'll probably order one, not like I NEED another thermometer, but what the heck, a boy and his toys...

I like the fact that there are two probes,I wonder if replacement probes are available?

If not that would be a deal breaker for me, we all know what happens to probes.

My ThermoWorks thermometers have replacement probes readily available but have only one probe per thermometer.

Looks like KCK.com decided to do the free shipping also, amazing what a free market society does for the common person.

I have used my ET-732's 5 times now and all I can say is WOW!!! Much more reliability than the ET-73's that would work OK SOME of the time and other times flake out and loose connection during a long night or even a short afternoon for that matter.
