I have been having trouble with pork shoulders and ribs wanting to stick to the grill in my SM025. I have tried Pam but the meat/crust still ends up gluing itself to the grill. It's a real pain and juggling act after the shoulder has been smoked to perfection and while trying to pull it from the smoker it starts pulling apart because it stuck to the grill.
Are there any age-old tricks to stopping the meat from sticking to the grills?
