I was wondering if any of you folks from the "State up North", as dear old Woody Hayes would say, make any of that smoked whitefish sausage?
We travel to the U.P. each May to pike & walleye fish, and once you get further north of Detroit it seems like every other gas station along the way is selling it. I never ever bought any. Is it any good and do ya have the recipe to make it?
