Yum. Love me some moinks. Made a batch for the playoff games on Sunday. I use the same meatballs, but my 008 won't get that hot, so I use the Costco precooked bacon for a couple of hours at 225°. I've started using that bacon for anything that calls for bacon on the smoker, jalapeños, etc. comes out crisp rather than semi-cooked.
