My 1st Cookshack

Hi, I'm new here. I just bought a cookshack 105.
The manufacture date says Nov. 1989. It's pretty clean and has the stainless hood and screen on top. I just got it home and plugged it in and it seems to work. Now I just need to figure out how to set all the temps and timers.I purchased this for $100. Did I get a deal or just a good smoker.
I mainly smoke fish and make jerky but I think with this unit I will be doing alot more. I'm glad I found this board. Thanks for listening.

You can get a manual at this page if it didn't come with one. Might be some slight differences, but certainly enough to get you going:
