Just wanted to tell you about the cooking. Used the 6 hour recipe in cookbook that came with my new cookshack. I put it on the lower rack, and inserted the temp probe. After 4 hours the internal temp was low. Turned it up to 250. After 7 hours internal temp was 166. Went and search the forum and found out the real time, I love this forum!!! 10 hours the temp was at 191. Pulled it out and let it cool. The ends of the pork pulled easy but the middle was more of a slicing bit. Next time I will let it run over 200. By the way it tasted GREAT!!!. I hope this will help the newer owners. Thanks for a great product. Next time I will start just before going to bed.
