My first cook

I just got my new FEC last week and have been so excited about my first cook. Tonight I decided to do my comp chicken and it turned out amazing. I have to adjust my cook temp (240) and time (3hr) because the skin was not perfect, but the flavor and ease of everything was great. I am excited to join this forum and share my love of this cooker with everyone. I will try to post pics once I figure it out.

Love to see the photos, glad it's working.
