Driving down 571 to my MIL's Saturday we go by a BBQ trailer !! Being this is NEW JERSEY that was quite an eye opener. Only places in Jersey that have BBQ are fellas like me and restaurants specializing Q are few and far between. So this was a mind blower. I called the number on the rig and talked to the owner. He's a real nice fella. Pulled Pork sandwich $9.00, Brisket sandwich $10.00, sampler of Brisket slices, 2 ribs, pulled pork and such $20.00. Looks like a franchise rig. Will have to get there when he's open. Now I need to go buy a brisket and smoke some meat.
