We do a takeoff on Stogie's quesadillas with Grands 8 large biscuits.Press each out into abut a 6in. circle,add about 3oz. brisket or pork,a little sauce,some onion and a little melting cheese.Wet edges with water or a little beaten egg and fold in half.Press down edges with fork tines to seal.Bake at 375� for 8-10 mis or till golden
