After 2 years of thinking about it, I finally bought the 025 smoker. I used Butt Rub on both St. Louis spares and boneless shoulder from Costco.
The ribs were fine but I didn't like this rub on ribs. The Pulled Pork, however, was fantastic ! 11 1/2 hr smoke with 1 hr FTC and the kids had thirds !
