Well all, I have been on the forum for a while now and since, have followed listen to recommendation, recipes, and have really enjoyed all. I had started out with a used SM-008 then found an SM-150 which everyone one has enjoyed for quite sometime. Now the wife and I have a new addition to the family it is an FEC-100, I missed the deal of the lifetime with an FEC on CList for 650$. However picked one up Friday. Gonna clean it up and get it ready for next weekend. Will post some pics as soon as I get them. Thanks All for all the support and great information. Cheers, and Happy BBQing
