New FEC750 owner here | Cookshack

Tried my first cook on my FEC750 which arrived a couple days ago. Didn't want to over do it the first time. So excited to get my hands on one of these. First big cook will be May.6th. Ive posted this on twitter and think the guys at Cookshack have already seen this but I'm excited.

My name is Rusty and live outside Vancouver Canada. I am an active competitive BBQ'r and have slowly moved into a side careering company. Hope to meet some other good pellet heads here to learn from. Thanks

Best of luck.

don't forget to drain the grease out while it's hot AND then close the ball valve. Don't want to be trailing grease all the way back to your house. Don't ask me how I know this
