Hi all, got my amerique 9 days ago.using recipes I got on this forum I smoked 2 batches of jerky best i've ever done.1 pork butt that was great.salmon using Andi's recipe came out awesome, thanks Andi.had a few questions that were all answered on this forum. got another batch of jerky going in tomorrow morning.I've got some real happy grand kids. Thanks for all the help.

YA HOOO!!!!, We love to hear that there is some youngsters that like the product that a CS can produce. You may be starting something that has no end. It sounds like you are not having any troubles(questions), but if you run into one all you have to do is ask. We wouldn't want those grandkids to go without good Q. Do me a favor, have some FUN.
