New Smokin Tex Smokers

Hi Cookshackers,
I just happened over the the Smokin Tex website today (I already own a model 50 from Cookshack) and I noticed they have a new smoker out. Looks a lot like the Smokette, but its got 5 racks and they say 14.5x14.5 interior. Anybody know anything about these new models? I think Cookshack makes the Smokin Tex smokers, I wonder if they make these new ones also?

Smokin Tex is no longer assocated with Cookshack. They are having their new smoker made off shore.

Ours are made right here in the USA... Haven't ever found a product made off shore that was as good as the ones built here...

Stuart - that's the one I was trying to describe that the vendor at our state fair was pushing.

Does CS have a patent on the design of these smokers, cuz' that ST PRO sure looks like a CS!

No patents still in effect on the CS. They did change the design a little and I think it will cause them problems. We will see.

Stuart: The first thing Russ and I saw when we pulled Smokette outta the box was a big flag and we both commented on how cool that was that she was American Made! Right On!
