New Years resolutions - Smokin style

Ive got 2 this year and one is really not a resolution, but Im adding it here anyway. #1 is, to be more open to other fellow Smokers, their ideas and methods. And to actually try their methods before poopooing them.

(ok Im a little slow to change) #2 is to install that range vent hood in the garage to make a more permanant (and warmer) place to smoke during inclement weather. I smoked a couple cured pork loins yesterday for canadian bacon... the warmest it got all day was 9. The 050 handled it like the Pro it is... I on the other hand, didnt.

Getting old and growing cold just aint right.

Im an old dog as well. Never be afraid to try new things in life.

Get that vent installed as well.
