Want to smoke some chuck in my sm160--helping a friend out for his branding party. Anybody have a good rub recipe, how long per pound should I cook and how much smoke.

Well,if you don't want to go to the store,mix up some salt and coarse black pepper- like you might eat on any beef.
Add about 5% garlic powder and the same for onion.
Wet the roast down with some wooster and add however much rub it will hold.
Let set at least an hour.
That should get you close.
