Just want to take a sec to introduce myself to everyone...I've been smoking meats for a better of 5 years...custom made smoker..mainly St.Louis style ribs and brisket..operate a roadside stand..have 4 different locations..average of 20 slabs a day and 2briskets...excited to communicate with others who enjoy the low and slow smoke method to BBQ... If I can't smoke it ..I don't cook it...look forward to learning some new tricks tips and recipes ....thank u in advance for everything that I will receive being a member of this forum..

Again, welcome to the forum. I've been at it since about 2007, first with a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker, then a Cookshack Americue 66 and now with a FEC 100, which I bought new in 2010. I've smoked about everything, but love curing and smoking my own meats raise on our farm from our pigs, or anything else that I find on sale at the store.
