Hello Donna, this Butcher BBQ, I meet you and your husband at Sallisaw this weekend. Nice to put a face to all the post I read. Well for a 1st time cook I am hooked and ready for the next cook. I placed okay, 9th in chicken, 11th in ribs, 14th in butt, 24th in brisket, and 13th overall. Along way from 1st but if you are perfect everytime you can't learn from mistakes.And let me tell you thier was some.
