No Memphis in May for Fast Eddy's BBQ

I just learned that our team, Fast Eddy's BBQ, did NOT get into Memphis in May this year. Evidently, teams are selected by drawing and we lost. We were planning a big party, to which all of you were invited, and now it's off. I am so disappointed. Rats.

I really wanted to go.

Think about the Big Pig Jig of Vienna,Ga.

It is MIM 's second largest and biggest cook east of the Mississipi.

They have built a town, just for the cook ,and used once a year.

First weekend in October and all the TV productions will be there.

The usual suspects will be there to party and the weather is better than Memphis.

the food network recently had a show on the big pig jig. looked like the town really comes out and supports it.
