No smoke but element heating

My sm025 is heating up but the wood is not smoking. Any idea what’s wrong and how to fix this? It was working fine but I moved it recently and now no smoke.

The burner tube may have gotten jarred a bit and is no longer touching the wood box. It can be carefully (gently) bent upwards if this seems to be the problem.
