Did a few trays of smoked Nuts the other day. A tray of Spicy Jamaica Firewalk Almonds, a Sweet BBQ with Magic Dust and a tray of Walnuts with Sloppy's and Brown sugar. Hickory for smoke. 2T melted butter and 2C of nuts and the rubs to taste. 250* for @2 hrs. I rotated the trays an hour into the smoke and stirred them a bit. They turned out pretty good!
Next time I'll probably go longer @200*
