OK....I found the SEARCH magnifying glass!!!!

There was a banner across the top of the page, saying, "it appears you have changed your time zone". When I x'd it out, the file menu with drop downs appeared on the top right of the page. Kind of a silly design flaw in the page but at least I can now navigate and search the archives.
