[I thought this post was going to "Show us your smoker set-up," but it wound up here. Sorry. Can it be moved?]

In a recent Cookshack newsletter, adding a Cookshack to an outdoor kitchen was suggested. We have done just that. I borrowed from other members the concept of putting the smoker in a vented cabinet. As a part of a kitchen remodel (see http://www.flickr.com/photos/michaelstano for details of the 9-month project), we moved almost all of our old kitchen cabinets to a newly-constructed outdoor kitchen. The Cookshack found a home in what was our pantry. Getting the smoker under cover has made its use even more enjoyable.
