Anybody built or had built an outdoor kitchen around a pg500? I'm searching for ideas. Thanks!

No I have not, but as an owner of a pg500, I can tell you that it gets very hot to the touch . I think you would have to have to have some type of insulated buffer on the sides and a roof to protect it from rain.
Mine gets hot also. Just looking at options. Thanks
When selecting materials, opt for weather-resistant options to ensure durability and longevity. Stainless steel, stone, and brick are popular choices that can withstand exposure to the elements and heat. Ensure that your kitchen design accommodates the PG500 comfortably and integrates with the overall aesthetic of your outdoor space.
Finally, think about practical features like ventilation, lighting, and electrical needs. Proper ventilation is crucial to handle smoke and heat, so consider installing a hood or exhaust fan. Outdoor lighting will help illuminate your cooking and prep areas, and having outdoor-rated electrical outlets will provide convenience. With thoughtful planning and design, your outdoor kitchen can become a stylish and functional space for entertaining and enjoying delicious meals.

I do know of some who have build a kitchen around a grill that i have made before. But for ideas i would recommend a smoker to be able to be used all year round. you could use stone backing to protect any areas around it from the heat. Ticktock has some beautiful castle themes with multiple storge options and beautiful counter tops.
below is a google image i found i do not own this.
