Once again ,if we are fortunate, the FIND function at page top may yield some answers.
Not pushing any particular product, but CandySue[long time forum member]and member of a pellet producing family has done some research and posted it here.
The areas she is more interested in would be different blends vs pure product pellets.
She looks at heat production[BTUs] ash produced, etc.
I'm not sure about total weight of product vs temps, unless for a restaurant cook that checks total runs of their cooker and the meats they just happen to have loaded.
Some cooks will say that the heavier load will let the cooker run more efficiently, thus less feeding of the firepot with the heavier heat sink.
Stuart said the accidental finding from the newer controller that holds temps to within a couple degrees without the swings has resulted in about 15% less pellets being consumed.
You can always private message CandySue and ask her feelings about her pellet cookers and any research.
Do the same with Fast Eddy and he can tell you the pellet consumption per hour on the different models Cookshack produces.
Combining pure oak pellets per hr with efficiency of blends of flavor woods might give the overall volume of pellets/hour.
Hope this helps a little.
