PG 500 wont start | Cookshack

Guys,
my new PG500 came in today and neither the auger light or igniter light will come on. I changed the fuse and it worked for a few minutes and stopped again. changed the fuse again, but nothing, the fan comes on, but that's it. Any advice?

So you put pellets in and flipped the switch on. It takes about 4 minutes to light. You will first hear the fan, pellets will drop and then 4 or so minutes later there will be flame. The whole time before that the igniter rod is getting really hot. I hope I explained that right.

It ran a lot longer than that and the auger won't run. It must be a bad circuit board. How frustrating
