Does any one have a good recipe for pickling fish that is kinda of sweet and can be used for eggs ect?

Are you wanting to brine or pickle.

I also wouldn't use the same one for fish vs Eggs.

A little more info on what you're trying to do would help. What kind of fish, will it be cold smoked or hot smoked?

Pickling and brining are sisters, but really two different levels of dealing with fish.

Thanks for the reply. I want a pickling recipe for northern, suckers ect. I would'nt be smoking them but refridgerating them. Is there a different one for eggs that is'nt real sour?
