I'm new to using any kind of smoker, so when I decided to buy one, I asked the advice of a buddy. He has 3, one gas, one charcoal, and one electric. After much "grilling" he told me that his preference was electric because of the temp. control and stability. After purchasing the Cookshack I can't help but be impressed with how well it's built. It's nice to be able to purchase a great product made here in the US.

My friends that have never seen a CS and get to see my cs020, thinks that it is built like a tank. I'm still amazed at the consistency that I get out of it, that is, there is no difference between cooking in 10* temps and warm days, the food is always great.

Why do we doubt that an American made company can't produce the BEST product in the world?

All it takes is that long forgotten American pride and them Okies still have it and use it every day with great success. Thanks and keep up the good job!!!
