1 9-10 lb. Pork Butt
1 Cup Peach, Blackberry or Maple Syrup (I used the Maple)
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 cup Apple Juice
Combine the ingredients together into a bowl making sure to mix ingredients
well. Pour the entire mixture on to the Pork butt and put in refrigerator
to marinate over night either in a large covered bowl.
Place pork butt in shallow pan and pour remaining juice into the pan. Put
in smoker at 225 for 10 hours. One of the best pieces of pork we've ever
had! I made smoked baked potatoes and fresh Caesar Salad and cheese biscuits
to go with this and it was awesome!
