pork in a seal bag

how long can you keep pork in a seal bag if its in the refrig. not frozen. the pork has been chopped already before going into seal bag.

Well, I'm certainly do not have a lot of expertise on this subject, but I know you'd like some kind of an answer. Even though it's in a seal bag, I still would hang right around the one week refrig. time. Since pork freezes and reheats so well, I'd just pop it in the freezer and your good for quite awhile. If it's in refrig., I can't stay out of it. Seriously, pass the sauce!

If you're talking cooked, and then thrown in your fridge, food safety tables would say 2 or 3 days max.

Like trapper said, just freeze and reheat as needed.
