Well, I'm certainly do not have a lot of expertise on this subject, but I know you'd like some kind of an answer. Even though it's in a seal bag, I still would hang right around the one week refrig. time. Since pork freezes and reheats so well, I'd just pop it in the freezer and your good for quite awhile. If it's in refrig., I can't stay out of it. Seriously, pass the sauce!
