I got this one from a JR BBQ seminar in '96. A little extravagent, but the best burgers ever!

Smoke a boneless rib roast, treated with salt and pepper, at 225 and pull at 130 internal. Let sit, double foil, and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, cut the roast into steaks, grill to desired temp with high heat. Dress as you would for a regular burger. Downside is you'll spoil everyone!
