Hi Everyone,
I've been reading this forum a lot over the past few weeks, so I figured it was about time to introduce myself. I took delivery of an AmeriQue from the Charcoal Store, seasoned it last night, and currently have two pork butts smoking away.
Thanks for all the excellent posts, tips, and ideas for great Cookshack BBQ. I'm very much looking forward to many years of smokin'!
