My wife took a bunch of our pulled butt (my first!) into work today for a 4th of July cook-in. She brought along a bottle of Smokin's Virgin Mustard Sauce and a bottle of his apple juice based sauce (see Pork Butt 101).

To quote the President of her company - The pork with the apple juice sauce was outstanding. The mustard sauce was equally outstanding. Apple juice on the bottom, mustard sauce on the slaw on top of the pork was (and this is a quote) "Orgasmic!"

What's next, Smokin'?
