Pulled Pork for Easter ?

Going to a rather large gathering for Easter. Was asked to provide alternate main course. The other one is rotisserie chicken from the local store.

Anyone ever tried to do pulled pork with pineapple, the idea of pulled pork BBQ did not go over well with the "organizers.

Personally, I would have BBQ pulled pork for XMAS dinner, if I could get away with it.

I personally haven't tried it, but a couple friends have told me the Pigchaser Pineapple Mango BBQ Sauce is pretty good.
