I am looking for some advice. I will be spending several days at anchor on my boat over the labor day weekend with several of my fellow boating friends. I was thinking that it would be outstanding to serve up some brisket for one of our lunches.
now the question...if I was to smoke a brisket and vacuum seal it when it cools and refrigerate it, would it be appropriate to put in on the grill to warm it up? If so should it be put in tin foil or directly on the grill?
Thanks for sharing your wisdom.
