RE: Pellet Jam on the FEC 500 ???

I was just wondering if anyone else has had a log jam on the pellet slide going into the fire pot?? It has happened twice to me and it is like a fuse to get a burn going back through the auger and into hopper.

Spoke to Bill, I have checked and sanded the shoot. I have now slightly bent the shoot open, hopefully that will help.

Just wondering if anyone else had it happen??

Other than that, the 500 is one great cooking machine.
