I am planning on purchasing a recording thermometer to track temps on longer (unattended) cooks so I'll have documentation for inspectors. I did a search and came up with just two hits in the forum for recording thermometer. I was wondering if there are others out there using these, what brands they use and any recomendations you might have. I would prefer an all-in-one unit that I don't have to plug into a laptop.
In the "dream come true" category - wouldn't it be great if cookshack had an option for a datalogger that would plug into the temp moniter on their units? Just a thought. Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thannks.
