I think it's time to replace the thermostat in my Smokette. How difficult is this? I'm NO handyman by any stretch. Before I order one, how do you do it?

It is really easy see my thermostat test down in the forum. You need a phillips screwdriver and a pair of pliers and a little something to put the parts in so you don't loose the screws.
Service will set on the tollfree line with you,while you do it-if need be.
How often should the thermostat be replaced? My Smokette is getting kinda aged. Does the thermostat include the internal probe? I am still not sure where that confounded probe is.
