WOW, I took one of those zip lock bags of pulled pork(with a variation of smokins'
mop mixed in) out of the freezer and put into a pot of boiling water. It tasted like I just pulled it out of the CS,except juicer.

When we take product to trade shows (restaurant and grocery mostly) we cook it weeks ahead, cryovac it, and freeze it. We have had chefs at shows argue with us, telling us that the reheated brisket, ribs, whatever, *had* to have come out of the smoker fresh that day!
