I like the sweeter BBQ sauces, ie Honey BBQ, Famous Dave's Sweet and Zesty. So I decided that I would try to make my ribs a little sweeter, because I like them dry.

I have read many times to use mustard for the rub so what I did was use a honey mustard that I had lying around, then added some brown sugar to my CS Rib rub, threw them in the 009 for around 5 1/2 hours and boy were they good tasted like Honey BBQ sauce without the sauce.

I think next time I might mix a little honey and Brown sugar in the yellow mustard and see what happens
