Rub for Dino Bones

So I'm defrosting some dino bones to smoke in a day or two...

I'm looking foe suggestions for rub for them....

Currently I'm thinking of Wild Willies.

What do ya think????

I keep rubs simple, like salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Pork always gets brown sugar on top of the others. Not familiar with wild willies.

I use a light coating of what I use for brisket - Oak Ridge Black Ops. But oldsarge's idea is great too.

It all comes down to personal taste and pleasing the family. With a huge rack of ribs, or 2, or 3, , they can be portioned and a variety of seasonings used so each portion can be customized.
