Yep.. I'm an RV'er.. but, I haven't taken my 008 with me.. It's attached to the base cabinet and would be awkward. On the road we use a small Weber.. which doesn't equal low n slow.
I have a 29' Alpenlite RL w/ single slide. My current tow is an '05 Chev Duramax Crew Cab..
We do an extended summer trip every summer that usually revolves around my woodcarving.. seminars and such.. This coming summer, Lord willing, we'll do the same and take in a week with my wife's quilting.

A WSM might be a better alternative for camping. Use the CS when you're at home.

a little off subject question but since i hope to upgrade our tow rig next year to a dodge 3500 or the chevy equvilanent thought i would ask what kind of mileage you get towing and do you like the allison trany assuming you have the automatic.

ps. does the chevy have a gain switch like the ford 350 does for the electric brakes?
