Sausage Ideas for a comp | Cookshack

Got a little comp this weekend, and they are doing sausage as the anything butt.

I have no good ideas. I need some pro help for this. Dang it, I want that little $2 trophy.

Guys they are giving us a ground county style sausage to use. Any help is a big help.

I've got a cool little recipe for lamb sausage in puff pastry with a honey mustard drizzle. The puff pastry is not unlike a "pigs in a blanket" treatment. If you don;t have a means of creating a 400o baking environment, it could probably be left out, but that's part of the "pissaz". PM me if you're interested.

I am with Joe. Fatties! A bacon weave, a layer of sausage, mixture of chorizo, cheese and potato for the center.
