hi sss and welcome!!!!!!!!!!
kp cowboy has the right idea for seasoning one in after the one hour burn.
just load top to bottom with
butts
brisket
ribs
chicken
man you will be busier than a one armed paper hanger and at the end of 18 hours your smoker will smell great!!!!!!!
